I know they are still working to bring back in all the states in the U.S. but I guess some of them are harder to get through state regulation than others. It galls me that the S.E.C. couldn't be bothered to look into crooks like Bernie Madoff but can try to kill peer to peer lending with over-regulation of sites like Prosper and Lending Club. Seems they've driven Zopa and Virgin Money out of business in the U.S. already. I like the site too.
